How do I log onto the new Student Email service?
Your unique account name and password can be found in your personal filestore - on the F:\ drive. For full instructions see the Student Email - User Guide [pdf].

Old Student Webmail (decommissioned 28 February 2011)
The old Student Webmail system (yourname@student.salford.ac.uk; @pgt.salford.ac.uk; @pgr.salford.ac.uk) that was in operation before August 2010 has now been decommissioned. As of Monday 28 February 2011, the Webmail system is no longer operational and any old emails not forwarded to your new @edu.salford.ac.uk account have been deleted and can no longer be accessed.

The student email service is a 3rd party service provided under an agreement with Microsoft through their Live@EDU offering.
